That is why I founded Dr. Mega Consulting.

Belonging is about co-creating

Inclusion focuses on “allowing” people to join an existing system, with norms, rules, and regulations already in place. When we focus on belonging, we invite people to shape the system in a new way. A way that gives everyone a voice in the process.

Not ignoring or erasing differences, but co-creating a shared reality, in which everyone can be unique and appreciated in their differences. That is why we focus on belonging as the golden thread that runs through all our efforts.

Our focus on belonging is inspired by and grounded in the work of the Othering and Belonging Institute (OBI), and the Democracy and Belonging Forum, of which we are privileged to be a member.
